Feminine intimate hygiene is associated with the concept of disease prevention throughout life, from infancy to post-menopause. It must always be adapted to the different events that follow one another naturally, such as puberty, pregnancy, contraception, which require special attention. Proper intimate hygiene must always respect the natural defences present on the genital organs, especially the vagina, because it’s the link between the outside and the internal apparatus and acts as a barrier against any "aggressors". Its specific formula, similar to the Fillergyn Vaginal Gel, contains Lactic Acid, Tea Tree Oil and Chamomile and has been designed and tested to perform an antibacterial action through the prevention of microbial proliferation. This foam assists women in their proper intimate hygiene and replaces the use of sprays and deodorants that could cause redness or allergies and are therefore not recommended for intimate use. In addition, due to its composition, it’s a hygienic-cosmetic complement to be used also in particular physiological situations such as: pregnancy, post-partum, premenstrual period, post-menopause. The actions of the 3 active components are associated with the well-known cleansing power of coconut oil derivatives and the decyl-glucoside, widely used for its surfactant power in cleansing for sensitive skin and mucous membranes. Lactic acid in the vagina acidifies the pH to protect the vaginal environment, resulting in an antimicrobial action with immunomodulating properties. Tea Tree Oil is an essential oil extracted from Melaleuca alternifolia, widely used in medicine especially for its antibacterial action. Chamomile Recutita has moderate antioxidant, antimicrobial and antifungal activities as well as significant antiplatelet activity in vitro.

Preservation

Pressurized container: can burst if heated. Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, or other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not expose to temperatures above 50° C. Keep out of reach of children.
